Mission Statement
Greater Impact Health Care LLC mission is to create a compassionate environment for each person we serve and to help each person find happiness in their home and community. The purpose of the in-home support program is to ensure individuals have the necessary support to live value lives in their homes and integrate within their community to utilize their community resources the same as those without disabilities. Greater Impact Health Care LLC will not limit individuals to any specific type of services regardless of age, the severity of disability, or required levels of
support.
Our Vision
Our vision is to help and assist individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently. Staff members provide person-centered services to individuals with a variety of daily and weekly activities, including:
